Ajith’s Billa 2 audio in mid-March

Ajith, Parvathy Omanakuttan and Bruna Abdullah starring Billa 2, is all set for audio launch in the 2nd week of March, however date is not yet confirmed. The prequel is being directed by Chakri Toleti, while Vishnuvardhan directed Billa. Yuvan Shankar Raja is gearing up for the audio release of Billa 2 in the second week of March, in a sizzling event in Chennai. The album will have a title song with 'Don Don Don' lyrics. Chakri Toleti has recently wrapped up the shooting and it is in post-production works. Billa 2 is getting ready to see the day light on May 1st, on Thala's birthday. Technical crew has RD Rajasekhar taking care of camera while Suresh Urs is editing the film Selvakumar will handle the art.

Billa 2 title song picturised

Ajith’s eagerly awaited Billa 2 is getting ready for release on his birthday May 1. It is a prequel to Thala’s Billa (2007) and is directed by Chakri Toleti. 

It is Ajith’s 51st film and has Parvathy Omanakuttan, Bruna Abdulla,Prabhu, Rahman, Sriman, Sadhanshu Pandey and Vidyuth Jamwal in supporting cast. 

Billa 2 has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja who has tweeted that “Billa 2 audio is on final mix stage. The songs have come out nice and really happy with one melody song it's one of my best melody after 7G Rainbow Colony. I'm really happy with it.” 

Last week the film's title song has been completed at Ramoji Rao Film City in Hyderabad. 

Billa 2 director Chakri Toleti had tweeted- “Postproduction is on. Lot of work! Next few months, I see a lot of sleepless nights.”

Billa 2 makes brisk progress

The producers of Ajith’s Billa 2 are going all out to ensure that the film releases on Thala’s birthday (May 1). During the ‘unofficial strike’ period the unit keeping away from the media glare was shooting in Ramoji Rao studio in Hyderabad!

The reason given out was the producers had a direct tie-up with Ramoji Rao studio which also provided the equipment’s and workers for the shoot. They avoided workers and technicians whose wages were in dispute.

Meanwhile the unit was trying to complete the shoot before the end of the month, so that they can get into post-production by March.  The latest news about Billa 2 is that actor Sriman has joined the crew of the film. Remember Sriman in a brief but hilarious role rocked in Kanchana.

Billa 2 directed by Chakri Toleti has Ajith,  Parvathy Omanakuttan, Bruna Abdullah, Prabhu,Rahman and Vidyut Jamwal in the cast.

The film has music by Yuvan Shankar Rajaand camera by RD Rajasekhar. As of nowBilla 2 is confirmed for release on May1.
